RETURNS - REFUNDS - RETRACTION

The articles supplied by https://dragon-vibe.com are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from all the referenced publishers and suppliers.

If it happened that an article is defective or not in conformity, the purchaser has 15 working days, as from the reception of the articles, to ask for an exchange or a refunding. If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or day off, it is extended to the next business day.

The fit of our garments is excluded from our guarantee, as it is not considered a defect. All our clothing comes with a sizing guide which gives all the measurements in relation to each available size. From that moment on, the buyer takes full responsibility for products that are too small or too large.

The customer must return new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all accessories, instructions and documentation (in its original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to falkor@dragon-vibe.com (description and photos attached).

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Dragon Vibe® is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of the return costs. Reimbursement is due within a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

The return shipping costs will then remain at your expense.

In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be made within 14 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package. No C.O.D. shipment will be accepted, whatever the reason.
